This house offers luxury in the form of extra space and comfort for 6 people. Due to the spacious new kitchen, cozy living and dining room, there is plenty of room for relaxation and cozy eating together. The spacious holiday home has 3 separate bedrooms and therefore enough space for a large family or group of friends. In addition to the Scandinavian design, there is sufficient storage space and space for your own belongings. There is free WiFi, free parking next to the house and a garden that can be used.

From the bedrooms at the rear there is a view of the meadow. Here you can also walk directly and enjoy nature. In addition, there is a nice farm shop 500 m away where free-range chickens walk and you can buy fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables.

Many different activities are possible a short distance from Casa de Schans, something for everyone! There are 5 different slopes in Snowworld and the longest indoor ski slope in the Netherlands is about 400 meters long. Lots of fun can be had both indoors and outdoors. Come and play outside in the Snowworld Climbing Park with different routes up to 12 meters high. Landgraaf offers one of Europe's largest climbing parks with 25,000 m2 of climbing fun. In addition, there is an Alpine coaster Rodelbaan where you can go down the Wilhelminaberg at great speed. Or just walk up along the longest staircase in the Netherlands. This 508-storey staircase on the Wilhelminaberg is a popular place for runners or people who want to enjoy the beautiful view.

Another option is to visit the beautiful Gaia Zoo. During a walk you will meet unique animal species, such as red pandas, wolverines, giraffes and gorillas. Walk among the squirrel monkeys, come face to face with the African lion or let the children play in the various playgrounds.

In addition, Landgraaf is in the spotlight every year because of the Pinkpop festival. This music festival offers a wonderful line-up every year and offers a large crowd to Landgraaf. At 4.3 km, Casa de Schans is within walking distance of Pinkpop and next to the large parking lots for the festival. In addition, a shuttle departs down the street that moves music lovers.

You can still go to the Parkstad Stadium for many activities such as bowling, Glow golf, laser gaming, an indoor playground or jumping in Space Jump Parkstad. This unique ice cream farm makes delicious ice cream from the milk of its own cows. You can walk through the stable and meet the cows in a beautiful pasture.
