Cancellation conditions

Cancellation on the part of the Hirer must be made in writing (including: by e-mail), the date of the postmark or the date of the e-mail being leading.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the Hirer, the Hirer owes a fee to the Lessor.

This fee amounts to:

- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before the day of arrival: the down payment (being 25% of the principal sum);

- In case of cancellation from 70 days to 42 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the principal sum;

- In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the principal sum;

- In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the principal sum;

- In case of cancellation from 14 days before arrival date: 100% of the principal sum.

If the tenant has not arrived within 24 hours of the arrival date, this is considered a no-show and the full amount is due.

If the Renter departs before the agreed day of departure, the full rental price is and remains due.
